We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. You may cancel your order entirely at any time before we submit the items for production. We will not be able to accept cancellations for any items once they have been decorated with your logo.

If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact our team as soon as possible. Charges may apply to changes in logo, quantities, and shipping

T-Shirt Society, at its discretion, will embroider customer-supplied garments, however, we do not encourage it. There is a 5% chance that our machines will malfunction, therefore, we cannot assume responsibility for your garment.

The customer assumes all liability for any items that sustain machine damage while at our business location. T-Shirt Society will not replace customer-supplied goods if this occurs.

Please note that the T-Shirt Society will take the best possible care with supplied goods. However, any machine is subject to occasional malfunctions.

T-Shirt Society reserves the right to decline the acceptance of customer-supplied goods.

The garments must be new material only.

All set up and art fees will still apply and minimum quantities may be required. All embellishments to customer-supplied goods will be billed at a higher embellishment rate.

We do not accept blanks for items that will be print screened.

Your logo can be uploaded to your order inquiry/order directly from our website. Logos must be formatted as JPG, GIF, TIF, PNG, or BMP files to use this feature. If you do not want to upload your logo, or are unable to upload the file, please email it to or send it via WhatsApp. Please reference the company name on the message.

You may opt to receive an electronic proof via email, text, or WhatsApp, free of charge.

By uploading your logo, you are attesting that you have permission to use it. We reserve the right to reject any logo for reproduction.

Note that there is a one-time setup fee to convert your logo into an embroidery design

Yes. Small text, fine detail, and color gradients can be difficult to reproduce with embroidery. Additionally, the level of detail that can be reproduced is affected by the type of fabric the logo is stitched on.

The more you buy, the more you save!

Embroidery: Price breaks are based on the quantity ordered per brand. Embroidery is charged based on the number of stitches: The more stitches the logo takes, the higher the pricing.  

Screen printing: there is a minimum of 24 items, and you will need to purchase the garments from us

A second logo can be added to your items if desired. There is an additional setup fee for each logo applied. If it’s a repeat logo that we’ve previously embroidery this charge would be waived.
All items on your order must have the same logos applied in the same locations.

We offer various decoration methods that ensure you’re satisfied with the decoration of your gear.

Embroidery is recommended for most apparel items including polos, hats, and bags. Embroidery is precise, professional, and long-lasting, making it an attractive decoration method for your logo. We’ll accept any file type for embroidery artwork, but prefer the highest resolution possible. We’ll also accept .DST files are appropriately sized for your order. Embroidered logos include up to 12 colors at the same price.

For some items such as t-shirts, we’ll apply your logo using traditional screen printing methods. This allows your logo to be displayed creatively and in full color. We’ll need vector-based artwork (typically saved as .eps, .ai, or .pdf files).

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept payments through apps such as Paypal, Zelle, and Cash. 

We require a 50% deposit to start production and full payment before the item ships. 

Due to current supply chain issues, the turnaround time is 2-4 weeks after approvals and payment. Our team will notify you if items are in back order or discontinued. All items on your order will ship together once completed.

We provide a refund or accept returns on blanks or products that have not been customized yet. You may return your blanks within 30 days from purchase.

We will only customize your garments or products after approvals. Therefore we recommend the proof for accuracy as once the items are approved and paid for, they will not be refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and its original packaging.

We will supply free digital proof for review and approval on all items. There is a fee for stitched or print screened samples. 

There is a one-time fee to digitize your logo but once have paid it, you will never have to pay for it again unless you need to apply it to a different type of garment, change its size or placement.

T-Shirt Society offers shipping nationwide for an additional fee. Keep in mind that the time in transit is after the 2–4-week production time.
